A Key Nuance for Foreign Founders

Here's where things slow down: fully online registration is currently available only to Ukrainian citizens. If any founder is a foreign national or a foreign company, registration has to be done in person, at a local administrative service center, with notarized copies of passports or at a private notary's office. The 24-hour review still applies once the paperwork is filed – the extra time comes from preparing documents and handling things in person rather than from the registration itself.

Opening a corporate bank account doesn't have a fixed timeline – it depends on each bank's own compliance checks.
